In spite of the negative idea in vogue in many peoples’ minds about the past, the words from those who have gone on before us are valuable.

Whatever God is going to do in the world, He is going to do primarily through all Christ’s people. God is on mission.

In this third podcast session we emphasize the genius of God in maturing Christ’s people for faith and witness.

What is the point and the value of all the philosophies if they cannot deal with the problems of life?

This brings us full cycle back to my original contention: our lives are more important than our “ministries.”

We have all seen and experienced vanity too many times. The more vain we are, the easier it is to see. What is harder to decipher is envy.

Life is full of anxieties. Not all of them can or will be resolved.

God wants to warn us, as difficult as the message is to contemplate: evil is indeed in our midst.

What happens when the great commandment (love your neighbor as yourself) overwhelms the great commission (make disciples of all nations).

“Revelation 22:11, therefore, is a solemn warning that decision determines character, and character determines destiny.”

The goal of parenting is to teach content of God’s truth, what He wants in a life and why He wants those things.

Somewhere, early on, the mind needs to be set on fire by the Spirit to a new level of inquisitiveness.
